Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Each item is printed when you order it and shipped from Ontario. Orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days in Ontario, 5–7 in Quebec, 5–10 on the West and East coasts, 10 in the Prairies and the territories, and about 10 in the United States. Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $120. Ordering a Christmas gift? Order by December 15 within Ontario, December 10 within Quebec, and December 4 everywhere else.
Q: Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?
A: All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and we only issue refunds for orders that arrive damaged or never arrive. If you have questions about sizing before you order, email info@OhCanadaShop.com.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
A: If your order arrives damaged, email info@OhCanadaShop.com within 15 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. If we sent the wrong item, email us and we'll send the correct one.
Q: What do I do if my discount code isn’t working?

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and sizing recommendations. If you have any further questions, our customer service is happy to assist!
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes after this period as we print as orders are placed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods as detailed on our checkout page.
Q: Where are your products printed and shipped from?
A: Ontario, CANADA.
Q: What brand of products do you print on?
A: We print on Gildan which is a Canadian brand headquartered in Montreal.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our products are manufactured in Nicaragua, Bangladesh, and Haiti. We are currently working towards our goal for local manufacturing.
