A: Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and sizing recommendations. If you have any further questions, our customer service is happy to assist!

 

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes after this period as we print as orders are placed.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods as detailed on our checkout page. 

 

Q: Where are your products printed and shipped from?

A: Ontario, CANADA.

  

Q: What brand of products do you print on?

A: We print on Gildan which is a Canadian brand headquartered in Montreal. 

 

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Our products are manufactured in Nicaragua, Bangladesh, and Haiti. We are currently working towards our goal for local manufacturing.
