What is your return or exchange policy?

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and we only issue refunds for orders that arrive damaged or never arrive. If you have any questions before ordering, contact our support team at info@OhCanadaShop.com and we'll be happy to help.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Email info@OhCanadaShop.com within 15 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

I received the wrong item. What can I do?

Email info@OhCanadaShop.com with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll send the correct item.

My order never arrived. What can I do?

If the carrier doesn't deliver your order, email info@OhCanadaShop.com with your order number and we'll issue a refund.
