Every Oh Canada Shop item is printed when you order it, then shipped from Ontario.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Ontario: 3–5 business days
- Quebec: 5–7 business days
- West Coast and East Coast: 5–10 business days
- Prairies and the territories: 10 business days
- United States: about 10 business days
Times count from when we receive your order and include printing.
When should I order for Christmas?
Deliveries can take longer in December. For delivery before December 25, order by December 15 within Ontario, December 10 within Quebec, and December 4 everywhere else, including the US.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $120. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, we ship to the United States and internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and your country may charge import duties or taxes.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We'll email your tracking number once your order ships. If you haven't received it, email info@ohcanadashop.com with your name and order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@ohcanadashop.com within 1 hour of ordering. We print soon after, so we can't guarantee changes after that.
